SYYG , A Cherished Lineage

Yang Gong San Yuen Yuen Gua Feng Shui (楊公三元元卦風水), often abbreviated as YGSYYG, represents one of the most fundamental systems of Feng Shui.

Yang Gong (楊公): This is the respectful title used for the Great Grand Master Yang Yunsong (楊筠松 834－906). Across the entire Feng Shui world, Master Yang Yunsong is universally revered as the Grandfather of Feng Shui.

San Yuen (三元): Signifies the Trinity Heaven, Earth, and Man and how the interactions between these three forces are applied within Feng Shui practice.

Yuen Gua (元卦): Refers to the Original or fundamental techniques, specifically concerning the 24 mountains used in classic Feng Shui teachings.

The Yang Gong San Yuen Yuen Gua (SYYG) Feng Shui system

(楊公三元元卦風水系統) is considered the essential and most foundational layer upon which virtually all other complex Feng Shui systems are built.

The Great Grand Master's Journey

Great Grand Master Yang Yunsong served as an officer during the late Tang Dynasty (618 – 907 AD), managing Feng Shui matters for the Imperial royal family.

Due to the increasing instability near the dynasty's end, notably the riot led by Huang Chao (黃巢), Master Yang made a pivotal decision.

He brought the royal Feng Shui texts with him and departed from the capital, Chang’an (present-day Xi’an 西安), relocating to Jiangxi (江西), thereby preserving this profound knowledge.
